Why Women Are Natural-Born Great Leaders

A quick Internet search for keywords like ''why are women great leaders; are women better business leaders, what is women leadership, etc.,'' will return billions (yes, with a ''B'') of good articles on the topic. These articles range from scientific, to collegiate, to professional, to personal experiences, and they give tons of reasons making the case, in the positive.

For Silicon Valley Sierra Leone (the ROGEE^® Groups of Startup Companies), we are concentrating on 1 (one) scientific reason as to why we will have an equal amount, if not more, of Startups lead by women. This particular 1 reason, along with it being scientific (proven by science), it is also financially prudent (proven by financial records), and it is organic (proven by the human life cycle process).

As opposed to the female mind, the male mind (the man) thinks in linear, sequential, and unidimensional patterns. Simply put, the man can think of only one thing at a time, in general. For example, if you are counting numbers 1 to 5 with a man, his logic will be: there's 1, then 2, then 3, then 4, and then 5. There are exceptions to every rule, but in general (proven scientifically), the man thinks in linear patterns. This linear and sequential thinking gives the man the tremendous ability to focus and perfect ''that 1 thing'' before he can then move on to the next thing.

As opposed to the male mind, the female mind (the woman) thinks in multi-dimensional patterns. Simply put, the woman thinks of everything at the same time, in general. For example, if you are counting numbers 1 to 5 with a woman, her logic will vary various times. Right now, she could go 1-2-3-4-5, but later go 3-4-1-5-2, or any combination thereof. Why? Her mind sees and processes all the numbers in a web-like manner. Again, there are exceptions to every rule.

At the individual company level, both linear and multi-dimensional thinking are necessary to work together to build a powerful startup company operated by a cohesive team of both sex (male and female).

Silicon Valley Sierra Leone will continually strive for an equal amount of startup companies lead by both male and female CEOs. Of the 100 startup companies that ROGEE^® USA is establishing in Sierra Leone, the standard CEO position count is 50/50 (male/female). No one sex will occupy more than 52 CEO positions.
