RHN is a free and exclusive healthcare network for committed team members (Co-founders, Board Members, Executives, and Employees) of all the startup companies in Silicon Valley Sierra Leone. Because our health is our greatest wealth, RHN provides care for our teams and their nuclear families in the following areas: MEDICAL, NUTRITION, and EXERCISE.

3	RHN CARE EXERCISE	Fun Physical Activities and Exercises to Maintain a Healthy Lifestyle. The human body is the world most amazing physiological machine in the Universe. Even more amazing is how physical exercise gets the body to peak performance.
